Went to Vancouver today to do a little shooting. Unfortunately, my Sandisk Extreme 2GB card gave up the ghost (contacts busted off), my camera is OK; no parts got stuck in there, Thank God! Anyways, my wife and I had some fun out there doing a lot of photography. She got some shots for her idea for capturing shots of the locations used in the TV Show Supernatural. While I shot whatever ideas came to mind.
This is the Harbour Centre revolving restaurant from the Richards Street and West Pender Street vantage point.
This is the iconic "W" of Woodward's fame. The now defunct department store was well-recognized by the rotating W back when there weren't as many high-rises in Vancouver. It's still visible and I'm certain that it'll stay an icon for years to come.
